Order Cancellation

• Change of mind? You may cancel before dispatch by emailing or calling us directly.

• Cancellations are processed once confirmed by our team.

Returns Window

• Returns accepted within 30 calendar days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

• Return shipping is handled by the customer. We recommend using tracked courier services.

Faulty or Damaged Items

• PixMax machines come with a 12-month manufacturer warranty.

• We will repair or replace if eligible under warranty. Customers should cover return shipping.

• Redelivery of replacement items will be free of charge to the customer.
