All PixMax machines are designed to deliver professional results and built to last. To give you peace of mind, we include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty with every new product.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers any faults caused by defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.
If an issue occurs during the warranty period, we’ll repair or replace your product free of charge.

What’s Covered

• Manufacturing defects in mechanical or electrical components

• Replacement parts and labour costs

• UK-based technical support from our customer service team

What’s Not Covered

• Accidental damage, misuse, or neglect

• Wear and tear from normal operation (e.g. cutting blades, mats, Teflon sheets)

• Consumable items (e.g. inks, vinyl, sublimation blanks)

• Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
